LOVENOTES FEES:

LoveNotes fees are all-inclusive.
Never an extra fee for personalizing your ceremony with a tradition, ritual or custom
(e.g., unity candle, sand blessing, wine ceremony).
Never an extra fee for adding a reading, blessing or any other element you wish to include.
LoveNotes fees include communicating with officiant as often as you need to feel comfortable.
LoveNotes fees include customizing your ceremony in order to tell your love story as you wish.

It’s your wedding. We want it to reflect your wishes without breaking your wallet!

Wedding Contract/Retainer Fee

* An ELOPEMENT or PRIVATE WEDDING consists of ceremonies with couple only or up to 12 guests.
* Trip Fee applies for Rehearsals and Ceremonies outside Collin, Dallas, Denton, Rockwall, and Tarrant Counties. Depending on distance, trip fees may range from $50-$150 or more.

 THE KNOT TYERS HOLIDAY FEES

A fee of $50 will be added for both weddings and rehearsals
that fall on the following holidays and holiday weekends:

New Year’s Eve Memorial Day
New Year’s Day 4th of July
Valentine’s Day Labor Day
Easter Thanksgiving
Mother’s Day Christmas Eve
Father’s Day Christmas Day

Holiday Weddings—Additional $50
Holiday Rehearsals—Additional $50

Example: If Rehearsal and Wedding are on Thanksgiving weekend, an additional $50 fee for the Rehearsal and an additional $50 fee for the Wedding will be added.
The total fee for your Holiday Wedding and Rehearsal would be as follows:

$50 additional fee for Holiday Rehearsal
$50 additional fee for Holiday Wedding

Discounts for wedding services only are given to all active military personnel, police and firefighters as our way of saying thank you for serving our country.

LoveNotes~The Knot Tyers Wedding Package includes:
Minister/Officiant to conduct a wedding ceremony at your location
Officiant arrives early to provide direction and to coordinate pre-ceremony details
Officiant performs ceremony according to your wishes and your worksheets
Backup Officiant provided (when available) in case of emergency

Officiant to attend/direct the rehearsal
(Rehearsal is optional for an additional fee)

  • personalizing your ceremony—it’s your love story!
  • travel/mileage to weddings, rehearsals or consultations within the DFW metroplex, which includes Collin, Dallas, Denton, Rockwall and Tarrant counties. (Trip fees apply only outside these DFW metro areas.)
  • emails, phone calls, texts, consultations—Unlimited for your convenience.
