Description
WHO IS TONY SANCHELO?
- My nickname is Tony and I am a chaplain for Marketplace Ministries, which provides care and support for companies and their employees.
- Family is very important to me. I love spending time with my family, especially on a road trip. My daughter, Lisa, and her husband, Nick, bring me a lot of joy.
- I’m a chef at heart. The kitchen is my favorite room in the house. I really enjoy cooking, and my favorite food is Tex Mex. On the Border, here I come!
- I love the outdoors and spend as much time outside as possible. (That’s why I don’t like rainy days. It keeps me indoors. Bring on the sun!)
- I’m laid back and easy going and relish the quiet life. In fact, for entertainment, I prefer to read or watch historical documentaries.
- My favorite author is Sir Conan Doyle and my favorite book (of course) is “The Complete Sherlock Holmes.” (The game is afoot…It’s all elementary, you know.)
- If I could vacation anywhere, it would be Orlando, FL at both Disney World and Universal Studios. (Still a kid at heart, I guess.)
- My pet peeve is seeing things that are out of place. You know what they say—A place for everything and everything in its place. (That’s my motto.)
- One of my prized possessions is a Rolex watch I received for 30 years of service from a private company. The recognition meant even more than the Rolex.
- The best advice I ever received came from my dad: “Learn to live within your means.” It can be done and you can still live a rich life.
- What gets me through a tough day is prayer and praising God and believing in this verse: “And the peace of God which passes all understanding shall keep your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.”

Tony Sanchelo was very professional, accommodating and personable. His personality put us at ease and we felt confident that things would run smoothly. My husband had misplaced our marriage license on the day of the wedding, and Tony was nice enough to meet us later in the week to sign the duplicate copy. LoveNotes is very lucky to have Tony on its team and if the rest of the ministers are anything like him, your business will continue to flourish. We thank Tony and LoveNotes for making that aspect of our wedding day so easy to manage and one less thing we had to worry about.

Mr. Sanchelo, Thank you so much for such a wonderful ceremony. We feel blessed to have had you be part of our special day.

Tony Sanchelo was a great officiant! He helped us create the perfect bilingual wedding that felt very personal and special. We got very quick responses each time we emailed. It was so helpful to meet with him a couple of weeks before the wedding because we booked him very early on in the wedding planning process. He made us feel at ease and he was always professional and on time for our meetings, the rehearsal, and the wedding. We had an ice storm just before the wedding, and I got so nervous because I knew he was out of town for the holidays. I was so happy when he took the time to text me to tell me that he had taken an earlier flight and that he was already at the rehearsal. Both sets of our parents loved how the wedding went especially because he was able to perform the ceremony in English and Spanish. Highly recommend Tony!

Tony was our officiant for our wedding and we absolutely loved him! LoveNotes as a whole was super user friendly. The ceremony books they wrote have beautiful readings and a little bit of everything. Tony worked with us to create the perfect ceremony. He even helped us put it in Spanish so both our families could witness our union. If I could do it again, I would absolutely hire Tony Sanchelo and LoveNotes.
